The Glenbervie Physiotherapy practice is based in Larbert and specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems. Its focus is the alleviation of pain and the restoration of the body’s natural position and balance thereby allowing you complete freedom of movement.

The Principal, Anne-Marie Quarrell MCSP MHPC, is a chartered physiotherapist and is also a registered member of the Health Professions Council (the regulatory body for all qualified health professions allied to medicine). Anne-Marie has spent more than 7 years working locally within another practice before establishing her own clinic.

Anne-Marie qualified from Queens College Glasgow (1983) and has subsequently operated both within the NHS and private sector. She is a qualified trainer in moving and handling practices, a skill that aids her understanding and recognition of the problems skeletal mal-alignment and abnormal movement patterns can generate.

Anne-Marie has provided treatment to international triathletes, the ladies World Kayak Surfing Champion and National Irish Dance Champions as well as a host of other sportsmen and women competing at various levels and across a number of disciplines. This experience means that she is well placed to identify and treat the fullest range of sports injuries.

Her services however are not restricted to those who partake in competitive sports and Anne-Marie is equally able to provide treatment and pain relief from the more common complaints and ailments that everyday life can generate.
